This is a conflation tactic. Antifa isn’t rioting. Antifa is a tiny group that only really exists in Portland. Everywhere else they are minuscule.
Trump is delegating responsibility for the looting and riots to antifa, even though it is actually being caused by black people. He doesn’t want to point the blame at that because he would be called racist, and would lose the momentum he had built the last few years with the black vote. With trump, it’s all about votes.
