I worked at one until COVID made it so that they had to let go of 40% of their workers (me included). It's safe as long as you take it slowly and never take any risks,but some people want to get their jobs done quick so they can sit around and do nothing for the rest of the day, that's how accidents like this happen.

She could've turned it off, fixed the issue, then turned it back on. But no, she had to save 5 minutes to do God knows what in the recreation room.
