the setting seemed pretty cool but they just didn't expand or elaborate on it whatsoever from what I watched. there seems to be nothing about how this society came to be or why it's like this. then they introduce some characters who all seemed really two dimensional and show some fights with the ridiculous looking mechs. I just did not have much drive to continue watching
