Discussion Anhedonia - how bad is it for you?

How would you rate your anhedonia from 1 to 10? Mine's at 9, I literally don't feel pleasure from anything except for sometimes laughing at a youtube video but it's like a small island of happiness on the ocean of despair.

10 for so many years. My mind is numb and hazy. Everything is boring and feels pointless. Barely have the energy to get out of bed. I barely have any emotions, though when I do have them there are plenty of negative ones like anxiety.

Yes, most of the days i don't even know what i am doing and purposelessly surfing on the internet because i have nothing in my life and can't do something productive. Sad shit man. How am i supposed to fix my life when i have shitty problems in addition to being ugly. Its so over.

I feel like the world is just getting more boring, games are getting shittier, GoT ended, BB ended, getting drunk or smoking weed definitely became less fun.

But if an awesome game releases or a great show like BB or GoT then I'm sure I'll have some great copes for a while.

I was like that for months but now I'm much better. I'm just feeling the bittersweet sadness and loneliness that is my default now.

My anhedonia was like yours until I did psychedelics. Then it became like 0-4/10, depending on the day. Nothing stimulated me, not even drugs or porn. Now I enjoy the little things. I recommend you to read this if you haven't already. I think you could benefit from it.

Ok send me those drugs then I am too depressed to even find informations on where to get them.

Eh I’d give myself a 4. I can get pleasure from just watching horror movies or eating decent food. I like watching YouTube sometimes too and that does the job sort of. Also completing a workout session feels pretty good

Probably a 5 but I am not emotionless.. Rage, despair, curiosity are very strong in me.

One of my organic dwarf orange trees has a ripening orange on it.

It might ripen before next Year.

I made a few clones (stem cuttings) that were easy to do. So i can potentially make a lot of money from the MANDATORY PRUNING that I'll have to do a few times a year...
