Although it does state that:
he was “fit like hell” and that women approached him on occasion.
But this could be explained by the fact that males in the modern world are forced to lie about the status of their virginity, because as we all know women find virgin men subhuman (I know this first hand) ofc, they will deny this to save face as the female facade is all about making themselves look like they "care" and "aren't shallow" but when given the option between a male virgin and non-virgin they disproportionately chose the non-virgin, indicating that the virgin male has less value to them (and society), if any.
Breivik most likely realised this because no one would listen to an angry virgin, no one would take a virgin male seriously, it is impossible, a virgin male is still a boy in the eyes of society, not put together, not a "complete" man, you can have everything in place but if you're a virgin male, you don't matter. So Breivik in an attempt to make people take his 1500 page manifesto (https://info.publicintelligence.net/AndersBehringBreivikManifesto.pdf) seriously, had to lie about his virginity.
This is indicatory of a perception society has on males that are virgins above a certain age. In the eyes of society virgin males are still boys, and who would take a pathetic little boy seriously?
