@LastGerman Bruh, a driver's license is so basic. How the fuck do you not have it? In most places you don't even need to have a car registered to your name to get a full license.
I don't have it either. I just never felt the need to have it. Besides I enjoy public transport to some degree, let's me get into a different mindset before/after work. But I need to get it eventually.

I am not even at this point. You have to do mandatory driving lessons here in Germany. 12 in total and it costs 45 Euro, which means you have to pay another 540 Euro and I am not even able to do mandatory lessons. On the first driving lesson the teacher told me I have no foundation whatsoever and on the second one he told me I should do driving simulation first and by the way, I am 25 year old supposed man. I now have appointments for driving simulation. At this point you just know that it is over.

They do have a set-up for it though but it is not the real deal for sure. They also charge a lot of money for it. At this point you just know that it is over.
Also most people at driving school were young, between 16 1/2 - 18 and their parents paid for it otherwise this shit is not really doable here in Germany. As far as I know most likely the parents/family pay for the driver licence in general. I did it from scratch and I forced myself. I guess this is another reason why it did not work.

It is a vicious circle which you cannot break. Usually the parents pay for it but if they not do it, it is absicaly over for you.

I had legit dreams about it. One dream was about where I just shoplifted the car and drove off. The police was after me. I also had a dream where I had another driving lesson where the teacher asked me if I was stupid.
