Serious An Evaluation of Remote Viewing: Research and Applications

Stumbled across this 30 year old report (meta analysis) on remove viewing seeking to determine its existence and efficacy as a phenomenon. I have an open mind on a lot of things, including (but not limited to) the arcane, esoteric, mystical, occult, and the paranormal.

But everything has to have a systematic explanation and follow a set of logical rules. That is what gives it order and allows it to be understood and followed. It has to make sense somehow. This is true of all phenomena in all possible worlds, not just the natural, material world, as we understand it through the natural sciences.

Remote viewing is something that I'm still undecided on as a natural and latent human ability.

There are two possible outcomes there. Either it works and there are countermeasures that have been developed to combat and shield against it from enemy nations also using it, or it doesn't and everyone's back to the traditional methods of snooping on each other.

I suppose that there does exist a third explanation as well: it works, but the yield is low relative to the resources invested.

the human brain is like a classical and quantum computer, radio, and mri machine basically all in one.

it's reasonable from a consciousness perspective to believe that super psychics hidden in the human population control and influence the consciousness of the masses. whereas most people think that their aristocrats, governments, and church leaders control the people. ask yourself who controls those people? I believe that there are several super psychics in the entire human population at any point in time that control humanity.

it may also be reasonable that there are super psychic aliens throughout the universe that control and influence our few super human psychics
