OCD can do that. Try to exhaust yourself with physical exercise so your brain doesn’t have the energy to want to be too active.

My ADHD(ADD) is caused by a brain lesion. I am chronically depressed, exhausted, and struggle to function without Methylphenidate.

I have a brain lesion which resulted in lifelong ADHD and likely worsened depression.
