Even when I started minoxidil in 2007 I knew it could age your face which is why I was always careful not to get any on my face. I always applied it with my head hanging off my bed and I always kept my head hanging back for 5 minutes to avoid it running down my face. Sometimes a little bit would run down my forehead but I'd quickly wipe it off and thoroughly wipe my whole face with a salicylic acid pad afterwards.
