It ALWAYS amazed me (even when i couldnt put into words, just a lingering feeling on the top of my stomach) how millenials are/were/will be extremely, obnoxiously pro conformism/fitting in at all costs, and STILL dress it up as a form of rebellion and rage against the status quo.
Ofc, not in a way that will ACTUALLY diminish and question it (that would require bravery and courage beyond measure for ANY millenial, let alone one or two) just a costume of it, parroting and mimicking certain aspects of it, without NEVER EVER addressing the underlying issues behind it all.
THIS french song perfectly encapsulates this. Never question/work towards change, just bitch about it non stop till an hipotetical "someone" comes in and changes it for you.
