At walk-in clinics where the staff do this all day, every day so its no big deal for them. And you can fill out a questionnaire on the computer there if you want. Then a 1 hour waiting period in the injection room alone so the guy has time to reconsider, but no one telling him what he should choose.
Then they do a final check to see if he still wants the injection. And if so he gets the injection which is no big deal for the staff there as they do it all the time.
