I just watched Alien: Covenant!

I loved it! My third favourite Alien movie I think. 1 and 2... I usually say I prefer 2 as I do like action movies and stuff but... probably really I'd say I like them equally.

Covenant is behind those but at my #3 slot ^_^

Alien 3... meh. 4... is awful, IMO! Prometheus... it's OK. Not really my style though I don't think. I wouldn't mind rewatching it.

AvP I actually really enjoyed, but I haven't seen AvP 2... I don't... think...

Romulus I don't think I'll watch, but I might. Just looks like zoomers in space, lol. With lots and lots of Alien memberberries thrown in.

Anyway erm... I'll make a poll of some kind!

I like the Alien movies - the aliens are ugly, nasty, and brutal. My only gripe about them is that they portray foids as braver than what they realistically are. We know damn well that they turn chicken shit at the first sound or sight of danger.

A lot of NPC normcucks hated Alien 3, but I enjoyed it - my guess that they hated it is because Ripley (the female main character) nearly gets raped and needs to be rescued (as opposed to what they want to see - singlehandedly defeating a group of men, JFL). She's also technically the main character, but most of the action is from the male characters. FYI, in Alien 3, she gets stranded on a prison planet. The only bluepill, fake as fuck moment is when she rejects money and sacrifices herself in order to prevent the aliens from spreading --- knowing how they are, a real foid wouldn't give a shit about "saving the galaxy", that's just the mask they use

Romulus wasn't great, but it was surprisingly good

I agree that Alien has a bit of a girlboss thing going on. You're probably right that in reality women don't tend to act like they do in these movies.

I guess the '80s in particular were full of "boss" characters both male and female. I think it really helped that it felt balanced, whereas these days the women seem to have the spotlight most of the time and it gets tedious.

Is 3 the one where they're stuck in the prison? Decent movie imo, resurrection is definitely worse.

The first two are classics though, perfect movies.

Prometheus and covenant have great visuals especially the scene where the architects kill the humans on the other planet

Never watched AVP, only predator which is yet another classic
