*Common-law partner means a person who, at the time of the inmate's conviction, lived with the inmate for at least six months, was considered as the inmate's partner in the community in which they lived, and who manifested an intention of continuing to live with the inmate permanently even though they were not married. The burden of proving that the above condition existed for six months prior to the inmate's incarceration rests with the inmates and/or their visitors.

So basically to get an escort in there you would need to convince the warden she had been sleeping at Minassian's for 6 months prior to his arrest, get people in his community to testify they considered her his GF, and that she planned to keep living with him permanently.

A lot of hoops to jump through, but basically the end result is that unmarried inmates for the most part are forced into celibacy (or homo-coping as many do) if they don't have a waifu.

None of that "six months prior" stuff applies to a spouse, so you could basically get married to a foid while in prison and that is the only grounds you could hang out and fuck her.

So guys we can't just get Minassian an escort: we need to get him a wife.

This IMO is not to reward Minassian but to help rehabilitate him because he has a lot of anger and does stupid bullshit like run over foids with his car. I don't want to let him out while he's still that angry.

If they're going to let him out eventually then we should marry him off first so he can coom and get rid of his anger and then he probably won't run anyone over with his car.

I'd say he has higher odds of reforming than Vince Li / Will Baker which they had no problem letting out. You're way more fucked up if you decapitate a dude on a bus and eat him, than if you get pissed and run over people.

It makes no sense, you'll stay in prison for your life and will literally have less chances for anything than you already had.
No way to cope somehow.
