After several weeks without alcohol I start to go crazy. I start having negative thoughts and memories of my traumatic past to the point where I feel the need to binge drink.

But what happens in the days after I binge drink is called withdrawal. I start to get super anxious and start having negative thoughts again.

I get brain fog and forget shit all of the time.

I get lazier, feel run down, and become more moody/irritable.

I also get much fatter.
