I completely skip the fun part of being inebriated and go straight to feeling like shit because of the hangover, which now comes sooner and lasts longer. I either drink too little or too much, there is no in between anymore.

So i started alcoholmaxxing because I liked being drunk. I didn't feel sad when being drunk and everything seemed more fun. I would eventually drink 2 liters of beer per day and became more and more tolerant to alcohol. I couldn't really get drunk anymore and the hangovers were absolutely terrible.

Now I don't alcoholmaxx anymore. Yet another cope lost...

For a few years now I no longer have that sweet spot where I’m drunk enough to enjoy myself but not feeling sick or dizzy, I just go straight from being sober to being dizzy/sick stomach. And the hangovers… they used to only happen sometimes, or if I didn’t have enough water, now it’s just every time.

And forget about getting any quality of sleep after even one beer.

Losing this is really brutal. It's one of the few easy to get things that actually help with inceldom, shyness, inhibition...

I've found that I can have at most 5 servings of alcohol without feeling like bad and sad after. A can of common beer has 1.7 servings of alcohol.
