On the ASVAB, there is a composite score that the U.S. army uses for officer candidacy + job placement called GT (General Technical), which is a composite of your subset scores on arithmetic reasoning and verbal expression

Unlike the ASVAB, which has a comically low test ceiling of 99 (99th percentile, which equates to 135 ASVAB IQ SD 15), army GT score was initially believed to have a test ceiling of 144 before it was discovered to have a theoretical test ceiling of 205 by psychometricians

I mistakenly believed that Army GT had a standard deviation of 16.4, when it was corrected once more to have a men of 102.8 and a standard deviation of 15.4 after score inflation

Since I scored 144, that would approx. equate to an IQ of 140 SD 15 (mean of 100), however, I also took the AFQT with no prior preparation + merely 3 hours of sleep as a former NEET playing videogames late into the morning right before taking transport to the testing facility

However, IQ, especially fluid IQ, which arithmetic heavily loads on, decreased precipitously as a consequence of sleep deprivation
In my book “Sleep Thieves” I review a number of studies where individuals were given cognitive tests as they went through a period of sleep deprivation or sleep reduction. The general pattern which emerged from these studies could be inferred from those tests which could be re-scored in the form of IQ. The general finding was that a one hour reduction in sleep length (in most studies from eight hours to seven hours) resulted in a one point loss of IQ on these tests. For each hour of sleep deprivation below seven hours, test scores diminished at a rate of approximately a loss of two points of IQ per hour.

So, if we adjust my Army GT IQ score by adding +1 point for one hour of sleep deprivation below eight hours and +8 for four hour reduction in sleep from seven hours, than the resulting score is 149 IQ SD 15, which is virtually identical to my childhood IQ despite the ASVAB and the Naglieri Second Edition probably having a correlation less than 0.7

So what's your Adult IQ and your Child IQ?
around 150 SD 15 (+3.3 z-score) give or take a few points

Although composite IQ would be higher since scoring that high on multiple tests is rarer than scoring high on a single test and regressing on others
