This is what the repercussions of having sex with someone who isn't truly attracted to you may be.

I'm pretty sure cases of sexual-assault can be re-addressed years later if there was no conclusive trial or dismissal or charges were never filed. This case had an objective female eyewitness on record at the time of the allegations who corroborated that the guy's story that the sex was consensual...some 13 YEARS before. Yet here we are!!! she felt empowered by #metoo to revisit & reconstruct a narrative in her head about what she felt actually happened, now the guy who has gotten married and has children is suffering for that one-off night of sex 13 years ago ....mainly because he is successful....remember people don't sue poor people for a reason...why bother when there's no payoff?

This reminds me of my other thread where the guy got years of jailtime for having sex with his live-in girlfriend where she was half-awake in the morning....I mean lezbereal....how extremely common must that be in long-term relationships?
