A girl I'm friends with came to sit with me at lunch to ask me to sit with her friend group since it was a new lunch period. Next day, it was one girl and a boy, both Hispanic and her. The male Hispanic is gay. She likes true crime so we would often talk about various shooters like Breivik, Lanza, Roof, etc. The Hispanic DID NOT like when the subject. I was told by a friend that the Hispanic was walking out of class crying because of what I said (jfl). I was reported to the school for it.
The principle must fucking hate my guts because he compiled many pages of documents and somehow acquired a summary of my Telegram chats via police report. My parent's had to pay $1k to check if I can go back to school by sending me to the ward for 14 days but I was able to convince them I didn't do anything. (my mom is a closet racist so I was alright) After the assessment cleared me, the principal still expelled me.
I appealed the decision and I think I made a good appeal because I brought some people that the overseers knew and they made small positive remarks after my I made my appeal. The decision is pending currently
