I don't see the point in learning much of what I learned in maths.

I can honestly say I've never had to work out the length of the hypotenuse of a right-angled triangle in a real life, everyday situation.

It’s only remotely useful for science & technology and engineering. Maybe for a math major

Just high school basics. Uni here requires math tests for humanities even
