You should get a hobby popular and in demand by stupid average Stacey, not like PC gaming, taking photos of flowers and such. For intance learn how to play guitar, learn what Justin Bieber wears, you might get temporary tattoos of him or similar ones and find imitation of the same shit online and buy and make your hair same as him (if you have hair) and just imitate the every shit of him. You can even put on makeup or whatever. People would not find it weird if an artist has makeup on rather than a random dude in club. Go play where the stupid teen girls out much, it can even be in the middle of some random street. If some girl accuses you to imitate Justin Bieber and you are fake insult her and tell her you were always playing guitar there at that spot even before him and tell her what the fuck is she talking about. Don't let them damage your self confidence. Just act like world turns around you and don't give a shit. This will make you seem cool. This should lead you some pussy after a number of trials if you find the right audience and repeat the process. Try going to beaches and places like thats so you can turn things into physical easier and touching a naked body wouldn't look that awkward. Also to learn guitar you must learn from an early age. Playing a couple chords is not really being able to play the guitar. Actually being able to play the (acoustic) guitar is flamenco, bolero, etc.. which are the genres that are regarded as "sexy".
