ABDUCTING WOMEN

I will tell you all about how to deal with the challenges presented.
Lately women have been gaining awareness of the importance of their abduction muscles and training them hard.
This will lead to them having muscular shoulders and mogging us.
Unacceptable: for the sake of our self esteem, we should built massive deltoids that women cannot match. Even if it doesn't get us sex, for our PRIDE.
It's not just the glenohumeral joint you need to think about too, but your acetabulofemoral joint as well. I realize it may not seem masculine to work out on the hip abduction machine, but I think it's a pretty good idea.
For those on the fatso side like me, one attraction to those outer glute abductor muscles is they don't add bulk that chafes when you walk like building your adductor muscles does.
To make rapid gains you must make sure you have adequate protein and rest to make repairs. Probably other stuff like water and vitamin C is important, I dunno.
If your abductor muscles are strong enough then you would be able to hold up a sidekick for a long time with heavy ankle weights on, and maybe throw cool kicks.
This relates to inceldom because many of us have low self esteem and might get depressed and suicidal. The solution is to gym-max not just to appear more masculine (delt muscles = wider shoulders) but also just lift for your own sake, like the hip abduction muscles no woman cares about.
Obviously don't do JUST hip abduction though, legs shouldn't be ignored but probably shouldn't be your main goal either.
