All non-elite men of fighting age would be potential cannon fodder. A large war would cut down on the excessive surplus of men, so men would become more valuable just by simple supply and demand by the end. There will absolutely be fewer incels in a world where young females outnumber young men. That's the way it's supposed to be during peacetime. It's unnatural for there to be so many males not dying young.
