All I could get out was asking until what time they're open and if there are similar bars in the are with longer opening hours, she named one and said she goes there often.
I think it's best for you to approach women in "warm" settings (school, hobby and/or workplace). Cold approaching barely works for most guys.

Then you're probably either ugly or neurodivergent (or perhaps socially awkward), or a combination of both. Try befriending guys instead, and maybe one day you might "miraculously" ascend with a woman because you won't give a flying fuck about how to socialize with women. In fact, women are no different than us males (except for how they select mates, which is something hard locked behind their biology). It's not rocket science... although you can't be ugly, it's a big no-no for them.
