I was taking the public transport on a train few minutes ago, then this retarded girl with down syndrome was on the pole which I was also standing at.

I was casually browsing when this retarded girl keeps looking at me, smiling and saying unintelligible things. She then took her doll and pushed it against me a few times. I was like wtf and moved away.

She then crouched down on the pole in which I gave her a clear look, she is clearly retarded and have down syndrome. Damn boyo I need to work on my inhibition.
