Redpill and blackpill has hypergamy as foundation. I.e women partner up or equal (if the man also has something else to offer. i.e attention, resources, etc.).
If we just look at this as a fact of biology, i.e. There is nothing we can do about it. Then we can start thinking rationally the best way to approach the situation.
We can do our best to be perceived as a higher smv, and act as a higher smv, (If possible) in order to lock in a partner and have that partner stay attracted to you.
Or we can attempt to fill the role as a provider. i.e you have the same smv as the girl you're with. But you also provide resources and attention, (i.e you're loyal to her).
If the blackpill is true and you can't increase your smv no matter what you do, you're stuck with the last option and that is to focus your energy on other pursuits, work, philosophy, hobbies, whatever.
This is just how biology works, and no matter how much we complain it won't change biology. So this is the most rational approach to the state of the dating market right now imo.
The only rationality I can see behind hate and destructivness, is that if a large portion of males become destructive. Things might collapse or change, in which women will have to depend on males despite them being lower smv than them. I don't know if that has any truth to it, but it's a theory.
If modern dating world had monogamy and slut shaming as an ideal (religion and marriage), then there would be a social "dampening" effect on hypergamy and male hypergamy (men having multiple partners if they are high status). So there would be more availability for women. But this isn't how our society operates anymore, it stopped in 1960, after the sexual revolution. Our grandparents were the last generation with those values. (They married when they were 19-25 yo, and stayed married until old age).
