How do you not constantly smell like your food?

I made curry for dinner, and hours later my kitchen still smells like curry. My clothes smell like curry, I smell like curry.

I'm going to of course shower and do a load of laundry, but I can't imagine having Indian food constantly and smelling like it 24/7. I'm glad I didn't make dinner early and then go out to run errands, because I'd be so paranoid about how I smelled all day.

Whites smell like old rotten potatoes no joke...but they are so used it nobody notices in the west.

Same goes for curries i guess.

I never noticed potatoes had a smell, but I've met a lot of white people who stink of oil after they eat fried food.

I don't cook curried food.

And you can't even wash the curry smell off because it comes out of your pores.

No they smell like stale cheese, kind of salty, too much dairy.

Are you betraying the curryland smell?

I don’t eat curry food. Have not ate it since middle school. Filled with carbs, usually fried, and stinky.

You are the most westernized curry on this entire site.

I get that a lot from relatives because I can’t even speak my own language but my parents rarely spoke it to me as a kid

Since most of my older relatives can’t speak English I just stare at them with a dumb face when they speak to me
