There are too many women in the modern era that think they can physically compete with a man, This combined with the rise of feminism in first world countries has resulted in a attitude where some women believe that society would be better off without men. Misandrists often believe that they could win a gender war against the male population and these kinds of women are often not afraid of not only voicing their horrible opinions in the public eye but also aren't even afraid of assaulting other men for no reason. It doesn't help that the law basically favors them in a physical confrontation, she can slap a man around all she wants and get a slap on the wrist where as a man who retaliates is punished more severely then that women will ever be.
To be a Mogynist is to be a crusader for equality and justice, Many of these women believe they are superior to men because of their radical beliefs that men are inherently evil there is no convincing them that they are wrong but a Liftmog will destroy the delusions of the most delusional women out there. If they will not treat us like equal human beings then they shall at the very least fear us.
Liftmogging begins at the gym, If you see a women working out you must workout next to her doing the same lifts she is doing but with more weight. No matter your physical status your biology will always give you a physical advantage over most women. Not only will this instill fear of acting out on these vile bitches but it will also help with your upcoming legal defense as it will be easier to argue self defense if you hit her only once instead of pummeling her to a pulp.
If you do find yourself in a situation where you have sent a women to the next dimension, simps may attempt to assault you. Play defense and back away, don't give them a chance to have them pummel you to death, you are only one man after all, it doesn't matter how much more skilled or strong you are if you are outnumbered you will likely lose. If you have a weapon on you draw it and god forbid if they continue to attack you use your weapon with restraint. Make it clear that if they try to bring harm upon you that you will put them 6 feet under and continue to back off.
Finally the most important thing to know, DO NOT SPEAK WITH THE COPS AND LAWYER UP. While cops can be an ally to incels in some cases (The virginfest incident) their job is to get a conviction while your lawyers job is to defend you by getting you the best possible legal outcome. NEVER admit that you are a Mogynist or an Incel to anyone as the prosecution will try to use this to establish a motive which may destroy your self defense case.
