In High School there was a Normie in my grade who started uploading videos of him singing on YouTube. He honestly had a great voice. This was at the same time Justin Bieber was getting discovered. The guy in my HS became a local celebrity and performed in front of the whole school. He went from a 5/10 nobody to all the girls wanting him.

What's good about voice halo is that it literally shifts the perceiver from using their visual senses (focusing on looks) and gets them to experience a person in an auditory way, by how they sound and a song will elicit positive emotions and memories and dopamine.

A good voice can get you millions, but only if you're good looking enough, Elvis wouldn't have been Elvis if he was MTN, but still voice halo is a huge thing.
