Serious A genuine problem with my heart

All these years alone has actually caused physical pain to my heart. (That and the drinking, and smoking)

I genuinely will probably end up dying from a heart attack before I reach 30. No joke it fucking hurts and it's so uncomfortable.

Maybe I have a block or something, but it's looking pretty grim boyos. Hopefully I'll make it another year or two.

My family has a history with heart problems so it's looking like my genetics will be screwing me over yet again. Fml man

I feel you. I have chest pain everyday for hours at a time, gives me panic attacks when it really starts to hurt.

I got my blood pressure under control it stopped some of it, it used to cause me pain in the front towards the bottom of the ribs.
I have pretty bad acid reflux and it causes me a ton of sternum pain.
I have really bad anxiety as well which could add to chest tightness.
I also have a connective tissue disease that will probably fuck up my heart within the next 10< years.


Very grim. Sorry your body is fucked brocel, maybe some zogpills could help but it could be worth it to see some specialists

I have a legit heart condition called Left Ventricular Non-Compaction. It gives higher odds of dying from heart disease. That, combined with my other health issues and junk food addiction will likely kill me before 40

I've went before, and they couldn't find anything. They thought it was a pinched nerve because my whole left arm went numb one time.

That's pretty much my same mindset. I drink more then I smoke, but every now and again I'll go back to it. I've chain smoked packs before in the past though.
