A few days ago i was grinding my teeth cause of mewing

They really feel weird now i didnt notice i was grinding my teeth i had to look up are teeth supposed to touch to remind myself. anyone had this problem?

Mewing doesnt work. Your palate has already been formed. However, people don't realize that while the palate stays small, your tongue keeps growing, ultimately being too big for your mouth. This prevents you from mewing effectively, and you end up mouthbreathing. At night, your tongue falls back into your throat, causing snoring and potentially sleep apnea. Looks = genetic health.

Youre lucky your palate can fit your tongue. Im fucked. Nose is constantly congested as well (even after septoplasty and turbinate reduction)
