The key for success of therapy is to have realistic expectations, knowing what it can give you and what not.
A common misconception is that it should solve your ugliness related problems and if not, it is useless. That is wrong.
And yes, I know it is bad that society doesn't accept uglyness as a form of illness., but we have to try to work around that, at least in the short term until the political climate changes.
In a nutshell: Therapy is helping you to fake it until you make it.
And a professional brainwasher knows much more about this topic than you.
It can only solve mental problems, but not the underlying material conditions (like uglyness), what doesn't mean it is useless, as it can help you to get the strength to solve these material problems yourself in the long run. Sure you need a perspective for that to work. But even if you can't imagine one, start to work with yourself (in therapy) and chances are you will develop one.
Just make sure, that you don't have a non-empathetic or even worse a nod-uncle therapist, as I call it, that only let's you talk even after the initial familiarisation period and gives you no input in terms of psychoeducation and cognitive behaviorial techniques.
Communicate that from the start on and ask him about his planned routine. If he gets angry just tell him, you were warned on the internet and that it's nothing personal. If he's still angry switch.
GET TREATMENT now, mentalcels no matter if your ugly or not, otherwise there will be a point in life later, where you will regret not having went through with this option.
Depth psychology based analytic therapy sucks, most therapists suck. Don't get bluepilled, but stay open. Keep that in mind.
If you have any questions AMA.
