Where I work a lot of management are using Microsoft Teams because meetings are banned. I have used it once and it was a disaster, the meeting got cancelled. It didn't work properly. In the end said manager actually came down to site that afternoon to speak to us. I am so glad I decided not to pursue a career in the corporate world back in 2008. It just gets shitter every year. I hate Windows 10, I hate Microsoft Teams, I hate Outlook. A lot of the people working from home are having this weird analytics software deployed against them which monitors activity, keystrokes, can watch them through webcams. etc.
Luckily I actually have real work to do and what work I do have to do on the computer I can do on my own personal machine I can avoid a lot of that shit.
