Last year September I stopped smoking. Went from normal weight to overweight almost obese. Got high blood pressure, cant climb stairs, fatty liver which hurt real bad when I ate sugar or drank alcohol.

Went to the doctor and did blood tests. Hypertension, cholesterol levels through the roof, fatty liver disease.

Okay everything can be reversed if I lose weight because no damage done yet because the weight gain is recent. To get cholesterol down to avoid heart attacks means no sugar, no processed fats i.e no vegetable oils, just only cold pressed stuff like olive oil .

Now that I am forced to pay attention to what i eat I read labels of food packaging. Gentlemen 99% of the food in stores makes you sick, diabetes, obese, dumb.
If you eat a whole cow you wont gain weight, if you eat tons of vegetables you wont gain weight. Why now when we goy slop maxx do we suddenly gain weight like crazy?

Now I am forced to cook and learned to make my own tomatoe sauce, bean sauce, my own lentil burgers, my own pickled fish. My own stews.

The more weight I lose the easy it gets to do HIIT aerobics and walk at brisk paces even up slight hills not extreme ones yet. I can climb some flights of stairs now.

Eating self made foods from scratch lowers blood pressure and lowers bad cholesterol. My blood sugar levels improved last check up which I pay for myself ata a private labority that tests my blood and cholesterol is lower.

Guys I am making this thread as a warning to you, talking from experience, becareful of goyslop it really fucks up your body chemistry and hormones. Once you get sick its the same cooperations seeling you medication for blood pressure, cholesterol, heart disease, liver disease and the more you take these medications the worse you stamina gets, you cant run a marathon anymore, you get erectile disfunction.

Learn how to cook guys it better than goyslop and even tastes better. You can smoke meat, make BBQ, make beef jerky, make own desrets with honey instead of sugar, make own sauces . It just takes patience and trial and error.


Many wont make it past 40 without major health problems. This is the epidemic of our age and its all deliberate and planned to make you sick but keep you alive another 30 years on medications. All the while your quality of life is in the gutter pipes, no quality of life, no enjoyment, constant health issues.

Sugar is pretty much poison long term but it's very delicious. Once tried going cold turkey on candy & sugar and felt much better.

I have also been noticing hair loss from my current poor diet. I'm not even 30 yet, but you can see many young men already balding from steroid abuse and poor eating habits.
 
Sodium and sugar really takes a toll on you


I’ve been trying cut off sodium intake for awhile now I feel slightly better and my migraines aren’t as bad

It's all about calories. Our ancestors could never consume as many calories as we do now. You can eat 100 grams of a donut and get 400 calories, or you can eat 400 grams of mashed peas and get the same 400 calories. I hardly think that the metabolism of our grandfathers or great-grandfathers was faster than ours. In fact, their diet was based on meat, soups, porridges and vegetables.

yes correct ,also "processed" sugar causes inflammation in the body which causes high cholesterol. Sugar from honey or fruit does not cause inflammation. Inflammation also causes joint pains, plus cancers need sugar to feed because its acidic.

Yes, in fact, people somewhere in the 1960s made a choice in favor of the quantity of food rather than its quality. Now all vegetables and fruits are grown with the help of pesticides and chemicals, so even a worm won't eat a purchased apple, because it senses that it is poisoned. All the meat purchased from the supermarket was grown with the help of antibiotics and other additives so that the chicken would grow more in weight and in a shorter period of time. The quality of food today is as bad as it gets. And we are also silent about plastic, which some scientists blame for the increase in obesity, as chemicals from plastic enter food and stimulate fat gain.
