Just by intuition I would even expect them to have an average IQ but very low agreeableness and strong aggressiveness especially if they got into that position via their contacts/family/inheritance.

Yes, according to some fringe data at most they're around 120+, but there's far more 130, extremely high IQ individuals who are not in these positions of power. I know IQ isn't everything but in a proper merit based system that worked against monopolies and corruption I gurantee this wouldn't be happening. I brought up 1800-1900 aswell because I gurantee there wasn't this disproportionate height difference back then aswell as you see today with the focus dividing men and women, partly because of extreme standards put on men as hypergamy intensifies.

Apparently IQ in the 120s is the most socially successful range of men because once you get into the 130s it becomes harder to establish rapport with people who are average. I can see why being a good social communicator would be equally important to being smart when trying to rise up a corporate hierarchy. Billionaires that have super high IQs, above 130 tend to be involved in tech and be socially awkward (I.e. Cuckerberg.)

I wouldn't give the 120 thing the biggest merit in the world, that's just the most extreme datapoint I could find in their favor, i'd wager on average CEO's IQs are between 105-115 which while being slightly above average shouldn't be the biggest factor in the world compared to the millions of people with IQ's and genetic compatibility that could be much more well purposed to be in the positions they are in. People rise up in power because of connections, low agreeableness, looks, etc, but even if you have low agreeableness, great communication skills, but you're some 5'3 manlet with an IQ of 150 hypothetically, even if you have a decent face, you statistically will not even come close to the chances these guys have.

The system is corrupt in my view.
