Triggering the vulnerability requires plugging in a specially formatted USB device at just the right time.
You need to unplug the USB before a (re)boot cycle or you’ll risk corrupting the kernel heap at boot.

Most pirates speak Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, hilariously broken English (i.e. they're ethnicels) while the people actually doing the hacking are mostly crackers and ricecels.

yeah they can't pay $30-$60 per game because its the probably the average monthly salary, and they shouldn't pay them either even if they had the money.

it still goes to the globo homo corporation, the random soy gets like 1-10 percent profit and the rest goes to the globohomo overlords.

My rule is to never pay for ANY kind of media, doesn't matter if its physical, digital or metaphysical, it'll save you a shit ton of money and you won't be supporting globo homo and soys.

You can find literally anything online for free easily, just some things are harder to find and need like 10 minutes more of research if it's like an unknown movie/game.

Quick update: the process is actually quite easy and the hack stability for me is ironically higher than it was with the 5.05 HEN. :feelsokman:
Installing games is still a pain in the ass though, I wish it was faster (it's mostly a problem of bloated file sizes) :fuk:
The pirate scene is live again, they even have the Call of Duty games (the campaigns are not cracked on PC). I'm one of those guys who plays CoD for SP (trucel trait).
Speaking of uncracked games, they even have Watch Dogs Legion and Far Cry 6, but they're awful in 1080p@30.

If you really want the newer games now, yes.
If you don't mind chugging the console somewhere far away until a better exploit comes around, no.

There are promising news concerning permanent CFW - this is why I say you can wait, if you can afford to.
An untethered JB would be awesome. Not having to deal with re-jailbreak each boot cycle that is.
Nothing stops you from hacking your PS4 on 9.00 and just using the rest mode, it works perfectly fine (well, it still may crash occasionally, all JBs have an element of instability to them).
