Girls only notice the top 20% of guys, all the rest are invisible....it's not that they just don't like them (of course they don't), they don't even see them. I don't think there is an equivalent for us men. 

They can't feel any form of raw attraction for the bottom 80% of men, no matter what. They would rather fuck a Chad with other 100 girls, than have a normal guy all for themselves. 
If in college there is a class of 200 person, 100 guys and 100 girls you can be sure all the girls will gravitate toward the top 20 guys, the other guys are just there as a contour or only noticed when they have to do group projects. 

On Tinder is the same, only the top 20% of guys get dates and fucks....the other are lucky even to get matches (or fuck the desperate landwhale). 

If you randomly hop on a subway couch and look at the girls....you'll see they all look (very briefly) to the top 20% of guys. 

Of course eventually they have to settle down and so more men get a piece of it, but in a world without commitment 80% of guys wouldn't be able to reproduce.
