In america, when a bail price is set, a lot of people go to "bail bond companies" who loan them the money in order to afford bail on the condition they pay them back once they have been bailed. THEY ARE NOT LAW ENFORCEMENT, but sometimes, like in the video, they like to pretend like they are in order to get their money back + sky high interest. This woman committed murder.
