I think this figure is actually quite low. I'd assume majority of those 33.5% are women and that a lot of men lied about it and exaggerated.

My estimate is that ONLY around 5% of Slavic Russian men aged 14 to 17 had sex eg. the Vladislavs (Slavic version of Chad).

I assume it's around 20% of men in Western Europe at least who had sex at that age.
