Yes but only temporary as you'll have to eat eventually.
But best would be to stay in a calorie deficite. Try not eating any thing outside of meals and make sure what those meals are is somewhat healthy and when you're hungry in between drink water, it's good for you 0 calories and takes up room in your stomach so you won't feel as hungry. Just drink lots of water in general.
