Damn that's brutal. I feel like a skullcel with 22 inch circumference, although it is a rather tall neurocranium and short midface/chin. Looks weird tbh. I try and grow out my hair to make it look better but due to my hair being quite thin it looks like shit, I'm trying to look for hair thickening products.
