Mass shooting is harder and harder due to knowledge of people and security teams, things like bulletproof backpacks are in supply demand now. I doubt these armor items are of NATO STANAG 4569 L1 status but you get the idea.
As schools now have better preparation and armed guards, ERs will have to play smarter or select another targets.
Still,it's harder to score a high body count these days due to the restrictions.
