Maybe might add other stuff to my routine200 is pushing it, try 100. Along with 100 squats, and 100 situps. Be sure to eat 3 meals a day, a banana in the morning is fine.

i try to get 100 a day and 5 g creatine. I was gonna get chicken today after work but I forgot to bring money. Will get em tmrw.Remember to eat at least 50 grams of protein a day, ideally more.
