Alright finished up the last 100 and wtf it was easier than yesterday’s kek. Well I’m done for today, Ima go to work for a few hours come back home and hit legs. I have weights and other equipment at home tbh. Don’t need gym.I forget about bodyweight exercises/calisthenics. I went from that to the gym, became injured and now sedentary. No longer see a point in being strong or capable.

Brutal. Yea getting injured like that is a bitch tbh. Hopefully I can avoid something like that from occurring XD.Did gym for a year and a half, then bought a squat rack, weights and barbell and trained at home for an equal length of time. Injured myself at home, haha. Sucks.
