I forget about bodyweight exercises/calisthenics. I went from that to the gym, became injured and now sedentary. No longer see a point in being strong or capable.
Alright finished up the last 100 and wtf it was easier than yesterday’s kek. Well I’m done for today, Ima go to work for a few hours come back home and hit legs. I have weights and other equipment at home tbh. Don’t need gym.

I’ve been wanting to get a pull up bar but my mom thinks it’ll fuck the door kek. I think I’ll get one anyway tbh.
Did gym for a year and a half, then bought a squat rack, weights and barbell and trained at home for an equal length of time. Injured myself at home, haha. Sucks.
Brutal. Yea getting injured like that is a bitch tbh. Hopefully I can avoid something like that from occurring XD.

All that will do is give you muscular endurance. It won't make you get substantially stronger. To get substantially stronger, you need to use heavy weights.
