I fell for the bulking meme and bulked too hard.

I store a ton of fat on my stomach and lower back, that's where I store most of it, so it easily piles up there when I put on weight.

Before:

Stomach is relaxed in both photos. 

I was a bit bloated in the before, so I probably looked a bit fatter than what I was, but still.

I did it all without the use of fat burning drugs and supplements. Still going to lose a lot more fat of course. Will introduce some fat burners to see how effective they are. 

Consistency = results. 

Anyone interested in a guide on fat loss?

Thanks. Night and day difference on my face.

I probably still have another 2-3 months to go for how lean I want to get.

I'm aiming for 8-9%, yeah. 10% and lower is definitely where it's at.

I don't look too shabby. I'm 88kg atm, so I'm bigger than your average gym rat, but nowhere near fitness Youtuber level of muscles. My goal is Jeff Seid, but I'd be happy with half of that.

I may post a body pic when I get to single digit body fat.

Maintaining 8 is really difficult i would go to 10% and maybe clean bulk then im at 12% now was 8% for a while but you need to have a strict diet and i felt like shit most of the time because of low calories sex drive was also gone

I'm on 300mg of testosterone, so it shouldn't be too hard.

Yeah. You can't really tell by that pic. My lower body kind of sucks. I don't care that much about legs (can't even squat because of my lower back) and my calf genetics are garbage.

My plan isn't to stay at 8%. My plan is to get to 8% with anavar at the end of the cut, then cruise at 200-250mg of test at a 300 calorie surplus while I wait for my body's values to go back to normal. I'll probably cruise for 4-6 months while I do a mini cut every time I get to 12% body fat.
 
Just FYI if you got so fat that you got stretch marks, then no amount of weight loss will make you look good enough to escape inceldom and it's over.

I didn't get fat enough for stretch marks, lol. My stomach was also bloated, making it stick out more. The only place I was stretch marks is under my armpits, but that's not from fat.

Same here OP , fell for the dirty bulk meme back in my misc days and now I'm getting rid of the fat I accumulated back then by fasting and eating once a day , good luck brother

btw did you fast to lose fast or did you follow another method ?
 
i would blast and cruise if it wasnt for my receding hairline at 8% your face would be really lean dont know if you ever been that lean but your face could look totally diffrent

Intermittent fasting, 2000 calories a day, 1000 calorie deficit (quite high, but the roids and body fat had me hold on to all my muscle, will reduce deficit as I get to 14% or so).

The ideal for most people is probably a 500 calorie deficit or more if you're really fat.

Lowest I've been is about 14%. Hoping to see a good difference. At 14, my face looked really lean inside, but then outside, the definition was lost.

Green tea in the morning that I make at work. I skip breakfast and eat later in the day. I don't like coffee, so I stay away from that. I recently started taking EGCg (green tea extract), so I will include that in my guide. I pretty much follow the Kinobody way of fasting.

Not necessarily. I got stretch marks on my stomach in middle school from gaining height too quickly and they have since disappeared.
 
Congrats man, I'm on the way to weight loss too, lost 13kg since October, hope fully by the end of the year I will reach my goal weight

Wow that happened so fast. I stopped eating for a month at some point because I was lazy and depressed and it almost made no difference on my stomach. I was nowhere near as fat as you though.

It's called bulking and having fat storage genetics that stores it all in the stomach and lower back region. I barely store any fat on my arms and legs. Still had vascular arms at that fat percentage. Stomach was also bloated, so that made it look a little bigger than it was. I look fatter than I was, but I did lose a lot of fat.

You're retarded if you don't understand what a caloric surplus is and how people store fat differently. My stomach was also quite bloated, making it stick out more than it should.

Next bulk I'll eat less and eat less carbs to avoid bloat and fat.

8-9kg difference (2-3kg being water from consuming less carbs).

I've mastered the art of fat loss at this point. I know how it's done perfectly. I did not expect to lose it this fast, though.

I was talking about loose skin. If you lose a lot of weight (50+ lbs) then chances are you will have a paunch of loose skin that will keep you from getting the visible abs that you need to successfully date in 2018.
