I deep dug into more info about this home because I didn't think it was TOO bad for the area it was in. Apparently the person who last owned it died IN IT, too (past owner was an older lawyer who died in 2019). That house is probably haunted, and you probably need to excessively clean and renovate the area where the poor fella died in. Hard pass.

Looked up the address and searched who owned the property, just by searching "1.1 million dollar house in Irvine, California".
home prices are sky high anywhere in CA where:
1. there are a lot of middle class to upper class liberal asians and whites. one of the first things that we asians do after being successful in our careers or businesses is to invest in real estate which in of itself doesn't jack up the prices. but let me get to that in #2
2. the niggers and spics are pushed out/relegated to the ghetto by racist white and asian NIMBYs. buying a home is a very important life decision and people don't wanna live near niggers and spics. Living close to them means that they will eventually move in or crime will spill over into their neighborhood. Racist liberal whites and asians do everything in their power to prevent ANY multiple unit housing to be built near them. Because some of those units must be available to low income renters. Lack of housing causes the home prices to go up.
In a totally mono-racial society there would never EVER be any discussion or politics involved with housing construction and zoning. But in America there are a lot of niggers and spics and when they are factored into the picture, now all of a sudden the racists have to have meetings, sit togethers, discussions about city zoning laws, designate who gets what and who stays where. Thats what politics is. Deciding who gets what, when, and how.
Wherever there are a lot of niggers and spics, home prices are relatively low. But its usually just a matter of time before the whites and asians move into those areas and jack up the home prices forcing the niggers and spics to move out.
This is America. Well... California to be exact but this happens all over the country.
America will make South Africa seem like nothing in the near future. The turmoil and racial strife this country is facing will be a very serious reality given the current state of economics and race in america.

Niggers and spics have every right to hate whites and asians. There are real life Warsaw ghettos ALL OVER America in 2023. Especially in the liberal west/east coast. Google the Tenderloin neighborhood of SF or LA's Skid row.
